Things I do not understand

Here are some things I do not understand.

  1. Obama wants change, especially in American politics. So, he picks Biden, who has been in American politics since Obama was 11. Biden has been in the Senate for +35 years, which is only outdone by 16 other Senators in the history of America. In other words, Biden has “walked” American politics to where they are today, and NOW they want to change it? (link)
  2. On August 19, 2007, Biden affirmed the quote “I think he [Obama] can be ready, but right now I don’t believe he is. The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training” by saying “I think that I stand by the statement.” In other words, if Biden, Obama’s Vice-President pick, does not think that Obama is ready to be President, then why should anyone else? 3. Obama wants racism to end. Yet, he attended a church that teaches Black Theology for 30 years and considers the pastor to be a “member of his family.” Black Theology teaches that “black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy.” So, in other words, Obama wants to end racism by fighting against whites. 4. Obama is “anti-war.” However, Biden called for war with Saddam/Iraq in 1998, voted for the war in 2003, and continued to vote to refund the war for at least 4 years. Furthermore, Obama voted to fund the war until 2006. In other words, Obama and Biden hated the war so much they decided to keep it going by giving it more money. (link)
